We met in 2019 after we had both moved to Greensboro, NC for work. After Isabel tricked Jake into a double date, the rest was history for our love story. You can find us outside whenever the weather permits us; either hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, walking with our pup Zoey, and more! We love to try new restaurants and explore the world around us. When we stay in you can find us on our couch, arguing about what movie to watch for hours on end!

Jake works full time as an electrical engineer! He developed his love for woodworking in his childhood when he worked on projects with his dad! Jake loves to drink whiskey and smoke cigars when he is not working on our latest projects. His favorite brand is Dewalt and is constantly trying to buy new tools for the workshop!

Isabel owns her own wedding & event planning company (The Yellow Rose Weddings). She loves to craft, design, create, organize, rearrange and rearrange again. Growing up her dad had a large wood working shop that she learned her skills from. Meanwhile she learned all her crafting and thrifting tips and tricks from her mom. She loves Diet Coke and ice cream and is always pitching walking to their favorite ice cream shoppe, right down the road. 

Cass is our sassy 12 year old Bengal cat. She pretty much hates everyone but she loves to snuggle with us! She likes to adventure outdoors, but not too much. She is a spoiled princess thanks to Jake, but we love her dearly! When we have visitors, she wants to be the center of attention, yet does not want anyone to look at her or pet her. Cass loves to smell things, look out the screen windows, and watch us from her perch all day. Most importantly, she loves to snuggle under all the blankets and take long naps. 

Zoey is our energetic Border Husky puppy! She is super smart, extremally energetic, and very stubborn. Her favorite toys squeak and she loves to play frisbee and go on walks. She is the best shop help, because she cleans up all the wood scraps and turns it into mulch for us. At even the mention of her best friend, Lottie, she gets excited and runs around the house to look for her. Zoey's favorite activity is accompanying us to Lowes, because they always give her a treat at check out. Zoey wants to be best friends with every single person and dog she meets! 

Our team consists of all our family, friends, neighbors and more who are constantly in our corner supporting us. Whether it's Isabel's parents helping reupholster a tough chair or our friends coming over to unload and reload furniture, we are very thankful!
